Our meditation classes are fun, interactive and open to everyone. Each class will take you on an interactive learning and healing journey as you are introduced to the different methods of meditation to discover what works you. We will also explore and clear the how and why beliefs which may be making it difficult to get started and stay committed to regular meditation.
I totally believe in simplicity when it comes to development and meditation and this is how we teach. As you allow yourself to stop, be still and totally surrender your, life WILL open up to amazing transformation.
